One of the greatest joys in my life is writing. Each time I sit at the keyboard, there’s a quiet thrill—an air of adventure that stirs my spirit.
It often feels like uncovering a hidden treasure, gently unfolding an ordinary moment to find something miraculous within.
The words seem to shape themselves, as if by magic, and every so often, I find myself holding my breath—recognizing a truth that had been buried, forgotten, or simply overlooked.
And then, there it is. Familiar. Remembered. With each blog post, I’m filled with gratitude for the gift of rediscovering something deeply precious.
Our lives are woven from days—each one holding the possibility of healing, joy, and peace.
Within these days lie countless small miracles, quietly unfolding.
At first, they may seem ordinary, until we slow down enough to feel them, see them, taste and touch them—and in doing so, we step into the very heart of life.
Just as life is shaped by days, our days are shaped by moments. A meaningful life takes root in the rich, tender soil of those moments.
Along the way, many have been gardeners in my life—planting seeds of wisdom, pulling weeds of doubt, gently pruning what no longer served.
Their care made space for growth, and from them, I’ve received some of life’s deepest blessings.
Each near-death experience shook me to my core—but from each, a deeper mindfulness was born.
Now, as I near 72 years of life, I find myself seeing with new eyes and feeling with an open heart—more awake to the beauty of life than ever before.
Each morning, I greet the day with a grateful, cleansing breath.
Wisdom moves through me gently now—with clarity, compassion, and a reverence for time.
I trust the quiet guidance that continues to lead me forward.
Each morning, before my feet touch the ground, I pause in stillness—opening my heart to the sacred promise of the day, and listening for the whisper of divine guidance.
As I look back, I see that my life has been shaped by quiet blessings—moments that seemed ordinary, yet turned out to be extraordinary.
Each day still brings something unexpected, something beautiful.
And for all of it—for the surprises, the struggles, the grace—I’m deeply grateful.
Life has given me more than I ever thought to ask for. And that, to me, is the real miracle.
I invite you to pause and look at your own days… What simple moments have surprised you?
What quiet miracles have found their way into your life—perhaps unnoticed until now?
