Since my birth on August 31, 1953, I’ve been gifted more than 37 million minutes of life.
Every one of them—through happiness, hardship, and stillness—has been sacred.
When I view time through this lens, even everyday moments become meaningful.
It also gives me clarity about who I share my time with, choosing connections that nourish rather than drain.
By honoring the sacred rhythm of nature and the cycle of light, you open yourself to greater vitality and a deeper sense of belonging in the world. This awareness transforms ordinary moments into something luminous. Seasons are the soul’s compass—quiet markers that frame our days and mirror our inner tides.
They shape not just the land, but our energy, mood, and sense of self.
Some seasons lift us; others invite us inward.
When we attune to these changes, we find ourselves more connected—to our bodies, to the Earth, and the vast turning of the universe.
Light fades and returns. Nothing stays. But in witnessing the ebb and flow with gentle awareness, we begin to cherish the beauty in every passing moment.
