Gratitude can transform what we have into enough, and that’s the intention of this blog – Why Wisdom is Harder Than You Think.

The blog posts reflect everything I’ve learned over the past seven decades—my lessons and insights.

While they aren’t rooted in any specific faith, I share my explorations into various belief systems, including Atheism, Buddhism, Catholicism, Christianity, Episcopalian baptism, Judaism, Mormonism, Muslim teachings, and Scientology, for example.

Each has inspired me in different ways. My life has intended to grow in understanding and deepen my love for all beings.

I’ve focused on training the mind for six decades and sought spiritual guidance free from dogma and rituals for five decades.

This blog’s content is intense and may be difficult to read. Please be aware and prepared before proceeding. Know that what I share is accurate, and I have lived through it.

It may be painful and challenging, especially for those who have experienced similar events.

My writings cover topics such as abortion, abandonment, adoption, bi-sexual, break ups, cancer, child-rearing, co-dependency, cults, cutting, divorce, death, domestic violence, drugs, fires, jail, juvenile hall, LGBTQ+, love-making, marriage, mental and physical illness, miscarriage, molestation, motherhood, murder, narcissists, OCD, organized groups, parental alienation, sex, stalking, suicide, tantric sex, and various forms of abuse and trafficking.

Please consider whether you have the necessary resources and support to engage with this content.

If you are currently experiencing intense personal grief or trauma, I recommend consulting a trusted professional before proceeding.

Like any spiritual journey, there is a beginning, a middle, and an end; the middle is often the most challenging.

However, I assure you that the journey concludes with a happy ending.

Welcome!
