Beneath My Silence – Lessons from a Heavy Year

Beneath My Silence – Listening For Growth

Truly listening opens the door to growth and prevents repeated mistakes.

Spiritual Insight:
When we receive feedback or even criticism, it becomes a valuable mirror ~

reflecting areas for growth we may not yet see.

By listening with honesty and humility, we create space for transformation. But if we react with defensiveness or dismiss what is said, we close the opportunity for correction, and patterns tend to repeat.

Inner Experience:
